Bywell Cars offers private taxi services within Dewsbury, Batley, North Kirklees, and surrounding areas. Our services are available for booking through our mobile app or by calling our customer service hotline.
2. Booking and Cancellation Booking: You can book a ride via our mobile app or by calling our booking line. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may result in a charge.
3. Payment Terms
Cash Payments Only: Payment for all rides must be made in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey. We do not accept payments through the app or by card.
Fare Estimates: The fare estimate provided at the time of booking is based on the expected distance and time of the journey. Final fares may vary depending on traffic conditions, detours, or other factors.
4. Passenger Responsibilities Behaviour: Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner toward the driver at all times. Bywell Cars reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the driver or vehicle.
Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Bywell Cars is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Driver Responsibilities Safety: Our drivers are committed to ensuring your safety during the journey. They are required to follow all traffic laws and regulations.
Punctuality: While we strive to arrive at the pick-up location on time, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays.
6. Liability Bywell Cars will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, flights, or other commitments.
7. Privacy Policy Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing taxi services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Amendments Bywell Cars reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
